Stacey Lykins
President
Stacey Lykins serves as President of Austin Financial Services, Inc. and is responsible for leading the company’s asset-based lending strategy and overseeing its credit and underwriting, portfolio management, and business development.
Stacey brings more than 30 years of financial and operational experience to her role, specializing in asset-based lending, collateral evaluation, portfolio management, credit risk, and business operations. She began her asset-based lending career as a collateral examiner with Citibank, where she advanced to Vice President, and later held senior portfolio management positions with Wells Fargo, Comerica Bank, and Bank of America.
Stacey also has firsthand experience from the borrower’s side of an asset-based lending relationship. As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of a $120 million commercial linen company, she managed its asset-based credit facility, borrowing base reporting, lender relationships, cash flow, accounts receivable, inventory controls, and financial operations. She has also founded and operated businesses in the commercial services and real estate sectors, giving her an entrepreneurial perspective on the challenges facing growing and transitioning companies.
Stacey holds a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
Beyond her executive role, Stacey is actively involved in her community. She serves as a lector at Corpus Christi Church in Phoenix and volunteers with St. Mary’s Food Bank, where she helps pack meals. Stacey resides in Phoenix and is an avid mountain biker, skier, and runner who also enjoys traveling.
Demetrio Pascual
Vice President of Finance
Demetrio Pascual serves as the Vice President of Finance at Austin Financial and is responsible for overseeing the internal finance department.
Bringing two decades of experience from a leading national bank, Mr. Pascual is an expert in various aspects of accounting and finance’’, including financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. He possesses a proven track record for enhancing processes and a demonstrated ability for fostering a collaborative work environment and leading teams.
Outside of work, Demetrio enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, actively volunteers in his community, and follows his favorite Chicago sports teams.
